Tormarton U18s travelled to Severn Beach to play Severnvale United with both teams out of form and in need of a win. Having lost their previous four matches, Tormarton changed their shape and dominated possession early on bringing them a deserved 4-1 half time lead. Two goals from striker Charlie Parsons and one from his fellow forward Oskar Earp preceded Josh Timbrell’s excellent header from a free kick.
After the break the hosts had a player sent off for dissent and from that point it was largely one-way traffic. Earp added his second while Parsons completed an excellent hat-trick. Skipper Charlie Moore and Callum Heaphy rounded off the scoring. Severnvale added a consolation goal with a debatable penalty but it didn’t effect the final outcome and the visitors recorded an impressive 8-2 win.
