The Road Safety Team at South Gloucestershire Council are currently trying to fill two school crossing patrol posts in the Yate and Sodbury area.

The Road Safety Team at South Gloucestershire Council are currently trying to fill two school crossing patrol posts in the Yate and Sodbury area.

The first vacancy is at North Road Primary School in Yate and the other is at St Johns Mead Primary School in Chipping Sodbury.  The council says it is struggling to find any applicants and urgently needs to find the right people to step in.

 The job is for approximately 5 hours per week, working morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday in term time only.  Training and uniform are provided.  Rate of pay is £7.85 per hour.  A job share would be considered.  Please contact Wendy Dykes on 01454 863611 or at wendy.dykes@southglos.gov.uk for an informal discussion and application form.
