CRAFT workers who run a pop-up shop in Yate Shopping Centre have been granted an extension to allow them to remain until Christmas.
The Home Crafters comprise people from the Yate and Chipping Sodbury area who make a range of items and sell their goods online, as well as at craft fairs and markets.
Last year they ran a successful three-month Christmas craft market in a vacant unit in the shopping centre’s North Walk.
They brought their pop-up shop back to the unit in May, introducing regular craft workshops for customers at the same time, and have now been told they can stay until the festive season.
During the summer they will also run a number of events and activities for children to keep them occupied in the school holidays.
