NatWest Yate branch  has been given a makeover as part of a £450m investment that is upgrading branches across the UK.
The branch has a completely new look and feel with the traditional bank counter replaced by an open plan design and staff will be available in the banking hall to help customers.  The branch walls will feature photographs of famous landmarks from the local area.
Upgraded cash machines and cash deposit machines have been installed and the branch also has free Wi-Fi for customers and iPads so customers can register and access Online Banking services.
The branch will officially celebrate its transformation by hosting a launch event on 4th March 2016 and are inviting customers old and new to come into the branch for coffee and cakes.
Graham Biggs the bank’s Local Chief Executive Officer, said:  “Our branch network plays an extremely important part of the service we’re providing to customers. The investment we’ve made in Yate branch shows we are committed to providing the best banking service to the local community.”
