Police are appealing for help to trace a mystery graffiti vandal responsible for spray-painting and damaging around 20 vehicles in Chipping Sodbury.
The vandalism has been happening since the middle of January, with the latest reported incident on Sunday March 13.
All the damaged vehicles have been parked overnight in Droves Way, a new housing development behind Waitrose supermarket.  All have been sprayed with the same colour red paint.
Beat manager PC Dan Jones said: “These appear to be random acts of criminal damage with no obvious motive. We have been carrying out house to house enquiries, and high-visibility and plain-clothed patrols, but so far we have no leads.”
“We like anyone with any information, or who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area at night, to call us on 101 quoting reference number 5216010872.”
