Three defeats in a row put Chipping Sodbury Town bottom of table

CHIPPING SodburyTown’s miserable season has continued, with ten losses so far seeing the club bottom of the Western League Premier Division.

Town did manage to beat Brislington 4-3 during October, but three defeats in a row have left them still in trouble. The defeats included a 6-1 drubbing at Roman Glass St George, which left their goal difference at -31.

The midweek game on October 22, their first home game of the month, saw Town lose 2-0 to Keynsham Town.

November is lining up to be a crucial month, with a tough gameaway to top-of-the-table Plymouth Parkway following on the heels of a visit by local rivals Cadbury Heath to the Ridings on November 2, as well as bottom of the table matches against Bridport and Odd Down.
