Rain added to the excitement at Castle Combe racetrack as it hosted the Motors TV live race day.
A dry mornings qualifying gave way to some heavy rain after lunch, leaving the drivers of some of the championships debating whether to play it safe with wet tyres or gamble on drys.
The wet conditions favoured some of the less powerful cars with Bristol’s James Keepin coming through from 11th on the grid in the Saloon Car Championship to take his first win in his Class C MG ZR.
Horton’s Henry Williams finished in 5th place overall in his Morgan 4/4 in the second of the Morgan Challenge races. He now leads Class D in the championship.
